My stay at Be Live Experience Hamaca Garden was quite an adventure, but not the good kind. The hotel is old and ran into serious issues during my visit, especially with the service and room quality. While the beach was amazing and clean, everything else felt disorganized and disappointing.

I was given a room that looked old and unkempt, with issues like a broken A/C and leaks. After a lot of hassle, I was moved to another room that also had problems, including the A/C sparking and almost causing a fire. Thankfully, we managed to get moved again only after I threatened to escalate the issue.
